2022-A Street Overlay Project
NOTICE IS HERE GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at Civil Engineering Site Design, 118 East Broadway Street, PO Box 566, Monticello, MN 55362 until 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the projects with the following estimated quantities:
Bid A-0: Bituminous Wear , 1,943 TN, Mill Bituminous, 240 SY
Bid A-1 (Alternate): Bituminous Base, 2,559 TN, Mill Bituminous 40 SY
The project shall start on or after June 20, 2022 and be fully completed on or before September 02, 2022. Contracts, bonds, and insurance items must be submitted and accepted prior to start of work. No striping is needed. The Silver Creek Township Board reserves the right to reduce or increase the bid quantity by 25% without a change to the bid price. Plans, specifications, and proposal form may be obtained online at www.questcdn.com or at the office of Civil Engineering Site Design upon deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each set. This deposit will not be refunded.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid which shall be forfeited to Silver Creek Township in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract within the specified time.
Bids must be marked “2022-A Street Overlay Project” on the outside of the envelope containing the bid. All bids mailed to Civil Engineering Site Design shall be addressed to: Civil Engineering Site Design, 118 East Broadway Street, PO Box 566, Monticello, MN 55362. If mailed, the bid must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and marked as aforementioned within the mailing envelope. Faxed or emailed bids shall not be accepted.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the Town.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization for TOWNSHIP OF ALBION of Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Township, at 7:00:00 p.m., on Monday, the 11th day of April, 2022. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. SUMMARY OF CORINNA TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 2022-01 (Land Use Ordinance)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Corinna, Wright County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 2022-01 (“Land Use Ordinance”), an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2019-01 effective immediately. Amendments include changes to section 781 (Private/Vacation Home Rental) and Section 506.8 (Fee Schedule) of the Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance. The purpose of the amendments is to regulate the use of private dwellings for short-term rental and to bring Township permit and zoning fees in line with fee changes recently adopted by Wright County. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the Town Clerk, the office of the County Recorder, in the County Law Library, at the Annandale and Maple Lake Public Library and is available on-line for download at www.hometownplanning.com.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Electronic Bids will be received by the City of Maple Lake Minnesota, on the QuestCDN.com website via the VirtuBid electronic bidding application. Only electronic bids will be accepted for this project. 2022 MGG Airport Pavement Maintenance Project
In general, the work consists of the pavement preservation work at the Maple Lake Airport. Work includes crack repair and patching.

For this project, the City will only accept online electronic bids through QuestCDN. To access the electronic bid, download the project documents and click on the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 80 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 80 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
The successful bidder must be a “responsible contractor.” The term “responsible contractor” means a contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Any prime contractor, subcontractor, or motor carrier that does not meet the minimum criteria or fails to comply with the verification requirements is not a responsible contractor and is not eligible to be awarded a construction contract for the project or to perform work on the project. A prime contractor, subcontractor, or motor carrier that makes a false statement under oath verifying compliance with the minimum criteria will be ineligible to be awarded a construction contract on the project, and the submission of a false statement may result in termination of a contract awarded to a prime contractor, subcontractor, or motor carrier that submits the false statement. A prime contractor shall include in its verification of compliance a list of all of its first-tier subcontractors that it intends to retain for work on the project. Before execution of a construction contract, a prime contractor shall submit a supplemental verification under oath confirming that all subcontractors and motor carriers that the prime contractor intends to use to perform project work have verified to the prime contractor, through a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer, that they meet the minimum criteria for a responsible contractor.
